This website was built by someone who has lived with chronic insomnia — and who eventually stopped trying to defeat it.
With a background in psychology and formal training in sound healing and music production, the founder began approaching insomnia less as a problem to be solved and more as a nervous system experience to be met with care. That shift — away from effort and toward ease — became the foundation of everything here.
As a lifelong musician, the sound healing tracks came first. Frequency-specific audio composed not to knock you out, but to gently support the nervous system in releasing its grip. I know this thought because i’ve been there hundreds of times. In this moment of despair, your deepest fears, amplified times one hundred, are commanding your attention and your thoughts and beliefs. I challenge this assumption that what you believe to be true right now is true, and thats okay (if your wrong). You can simply let go (of your false assumptions and fears) and discover something that is actually possible and available to you right now, even if you cant sleep (and that is peace).
