Start here. You can accept this moment. There are tools that help you here and now, and sleep (which can’t be achieved) might result as a byproduct of this alignment.

Sleep is secondary to the primary task of acceptance. “But how can I accept what is when its 3am and I haven’t gotten a good nights sleep in months?” I hear you say. I know this thought because i’ve been there hundreds of times. In this moment of despair, your deepest fears, amplified times one hundred, are commanding your attention and your thoughts and beliefs. I challenge this assumption that what you believe to be true right now is true, and thats okay (if your wrong). You can simply let go and discover something that is actually possible and available to you right now, even if you cant sleep (and that is peace).
